Nova Mag+D

Nova Mag+D combines two forms of magnesium (citrate and glycinate), vitamin D3, vitamin B6, and taurine in a single capsule per day.

Each capsule contains 1000 IU of vitamin D, 150 mg of magnesium citrate, and 150 mg of magnesium glycinate.

Recommended uses

• Helps with the proper functioning of muscles, including the heart muscle.
• Helps maintain immune function.
• Helps maintain normal electrolyte balance.
• Helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, and helps prevent vitamin D deficiency.
• Helps in energy metabolism and tissue formation.

Directions for use

Adults: take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the evening with a meal or snack.
