1. General

The website www.novativelab.com is operated by Novative Lab, located at 450 Saint-Jean-Baptiste Avenue, Suite 20, Quebec City, Quebec G2E 6H5, Canada. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be of the age of majority in your province of residence to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and health information

Our supplements are natural health products licensed by Health Canada and carry a Natural Product Number (NPN). Information on this site is provided for general information only and does not replace the advice of a health care professional. Read the label and follow the directions, warnings and contraindications. Consult a health care professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.

We do our best to present our products accurately (colours, sizes, flavours, nutrition facts). Slight differences may exist between images and the product received. The product label prevails at all times.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. We may change prices and promotions at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you to offer to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it at no charge. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or limit an order, including for unusual quantities, suspected fraud or unauthorized resale. Resale of our products is reserved for our authorized distributors.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Customer account and newsletter

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time using the link in each email. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, logos, the NTL and Novative Lab marks) belongs to us or is used with permission. Any reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Novative Lab is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from product use that does not follow the label. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the site when you place your order.
