Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are packed and shipped within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your package leaves our Quebec City warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Canada. We do not currently ship outside Canada.

Rates and delivery times

Standard shipping: $15.99.
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes, after discounts).
Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days after shipping. In Quebec and Ontario, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Remote areas may take a few extra days.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or severe weather.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at info@novativelab.com; we can fix it as long as the package has not shipped. Reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows a delivery you did not receive, email us within 7 days at info@novativelab.com with your order number (and photos if relevant). We will replace or refund your order.
