In this formulation, we have opted for active (more absorbable) forms of vitamins and minerals, such as riboflavin 5'-phosphate as a source of B2, zinc chelated to an amino acid, methylated forms of vitamin B12 and vitamin B9, as well as a good number of specific antioxidants (quercetin, green tea, and grape seed extract) at dosages reflecting, for the most part, the amount present in an optimal diet.
