Are your products approved by Health Canada?

Where does your protein (isolate) come from?
We exclusively use New Zealand Whey. It is a protein sourced from grass-fed cows, renowned for being the purest in the world, free from hormones and antibiotics.
Do your supplements contain sugar or artificial sweeteners?
We favor natural ingredients. Our products are primarily sweetened with stevia, a plant with natural sweetening power, zero calories, and no impact on blood sugar levels.

Nova Carbz Natural contains no stevia or sucralose; it is naturally sweetened.

When is the best time to take PUSH pre-workout?
For maximum effectiveness, consume PUSH 15 to 30 minutes before your workout. This allows time for the active ingredients (such as Citrulline and Beta-Alanine) to reach your bloodstream for a peak in energy at the start of your effort.
I am lactose intolerant, can I consume your Isolate?
Yes. Our protein isolate is lactose-free. Our cold microfiltration process removes almost all lactose and fat. It is the most digestible form of protein, ideal even for sensitive stomachs.
Can I mix Nova EAA+electrolytes with other products?
Absolutely. EAA+electrolytes (Essential Amino Acids) are excellent intra-workout (during exercise) and are designed to be mixed with Nova Carbz during training to promote hydration and support energy intake.

What are the processing and delivery times?
We generally ship orders within 24 business hours. In Quebec and Ontario, standard delivery takes between 2 and 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. We ship everywhere in Canada.
Is delivery free?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in Canada.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product is sealed and intact, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened jars, except in the case of a proven quality defect.
